WHY THIS PROJECT?

Young people in Albania and Kosovo face barriers to quality training, digital skills and channels to influence local policy. Youth workers and municipal staff often lack shared tools to deliver inclusive sessions, guide entrepreneurship, and respond to community priorities.

RiseUp‑WB brings together partners from Italy, Spain, Albania and Kosovo to close these gaps. We build trainer capacity, run practical digital & entrepreneurial labs, and create a Youth Advisory Board that turns youth ideas into action.

Our approach is simple: train the people who train youth, give youth real projects to build, connect those projects to decision‑makers, and share everything openly for easy reuse.

  • TRAIN AND CERTIFY LOCAL TRAINERS (ToT).

  • EQUIP YOUTH WITH DIGITAL & ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS.

  • ESTABLISH A YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD AND RUN POLICY ROUNDTABLES.

  • PUBLISH OPEN RESOURCES; BUILD A BRAND; HOST A FINAL CONFERENCE TO SCALE RESULTS.

WHO BENEFITS:

Youth workers, municipal staff, educators, youth (especially NEET), and EU peers seeking a small‑city model

that works.

PARTNERS

RiseUp‑WB is coordinated by MUSIKART (Italy) with EuropeYou (Spain), Municipality of Berat (Albania),
NECI Albania, and OBOTI (Kosovo).
Together we blend training expertise, digital entrepreneurship, public‑sector leadership and strong
dissemination
to deliver practical, lasting benefits for youth.

MUSIKART - Italy

MUSIKART coordinates delivery, quality and finances, leads Project Management (WP1), co‑authors the training curriculum, and hosts

the final conference in Italy. The team ensures deadlines, evidence and communication align with Erasmus+ rules, while supporting partners to keep activities inclusive and on schedule.

MUNICIPALITY OF BERAT - Albania

Berat leads Youth Participation & Policy (WP4), establishing the Youth Advisory Board, running local roundtables and coordinating the “Youth Voice” campaign. As a public authority, Berat connects youth insights to real policy dialogue and supports local dissemination.

NECI ALBANIA

NECI leads Organisational Capacity Building (WP2): two 5‑day ToTs,

a micro‑pilot, and local cascade workshops. NECI compiles the multilingual capacity‑building manual and works closely with partners to ensure methods are inclusive and practical.

OBOTI - Kosovo

OBOTI leads Sustainability, Impact & Dissemination (WP5):

the RiseUp‑Campaign brand, and social media, plus local events in Kosovo. OBOTI also hosts ToT #2 and helps track outreach and visibility throughout

the project.

EUROPEYOU - Spain

EuropeYou leads Digital & Entrepreneurial Skills (WP3): labs in Albania and Kosovo, a 5‑day hackathon in Spain. The partner curates the Digital & Entrepreneurial Resource Toolkit and supports youth teams to turn ideas into prototypes.
