TRAINING OF TRAINERS (ToT) & CAPACITY-BUILDING RESOURCES
The RiseUp-WB Training of Trainers pathway supports staff, volunteers and youth workers in designing inclusive, safe and practical youth activities. The materials and reports in this section document the project’s capacity-building process, including ToT curricula, training events, micro-pilots and follow-up learning activities.
The ToT programme focuses on inclusive youth work, volunteer management, safeguarding, digital facilitation, creative engagement, employability-oriented methods and practical tools for local replication.
D2.1 – ToT Curriculum & Materials
This deliverable presents the core Training of Trainers curriculum developed for the RiseUp-WB project. It includes the training structure, key learning areas, proposed methodologies, session logic and supporting materials for inclusive youth work, volunteer management, digital facilitation and employability-focused youth activities.
The curriculum provides a common pedagogical framework for project partners and ensures that all ToT activities are aligned with the project’s objectives, methodology and expected impact.
D2.2 – Training of Trainers #1 in Albania
This report summarises the first 5-day Training of Trainers activity implemented in Tirana, Albania. The activity brought together 20 participants from the project consortium and focused on building the capacity of staff and volunteers to design and deliver inclusive youth work activities.
The report includes the main training topics, daily learning flow, participant reflections, feedback results, key lessons learned and the release of Youthpass certificates. The event represented the first major step in preparing local trainers to replicate RiseUp-WB methods in Albania and Kosovo.
D2.3 – Micro-Pilot in Albania
This deliverable documents the 1-day local micro-pilot implemented in Albania to test selected content from ToT #1 with a local group of youth workers and volunteers.
The micro-pilot helped verify whether the ToT content could be transferred effectively into a shorter local training format. It focused on practical learning, inclusive youth work, digital facilitation basics, employability tools and participant feedback. The report also includes an adjustment plan to improve the design of ToT #2.
D2.4 – Micro-Pilot in Kosovo
This report presents the Kosovo micro-pilot implemented as part of the RiseUp-WB capacity-building cycle. The activity tested selected ToT #1 content with local youth workers and volunteers, gathering feedback on clarity, usefulness, cultural relevance and transferability.
The deliverable highlights the strengths of the pilot, the areas requiring further explanation or practical examples, and the main recommendations used to refine ToT #2 in Kosovo.
D2.5 – Training of Trainers #2 in Kosovo
This deliverable summarises the second 5-day Training of Trainers activity implemented in Pristina, Kosovo. Building on ToT #1 and the micro-pilot feedback, ToT #2 deepened participants’ competences in advanced volunteer coordination, cross-cultural youth engagement, digital facilitation, employability session design and monitoring and evaluation.
The report includes the activity summary, daily reflection logs, final assessment results, recommendations for future replication and confirmation of Youthpass release for participants.

D5.2 – Multilingual Website
The RiseUp-WB website serves as the main public platform for project information, news, results and downloadable resources. It presents the project objectives, partnership, work packages, public deliverables, activities and communication outputs.
The website supports transparency, dissemination and long-term access to project results. It will remain available after the project to support the reuse of materials by youth organisations, municipalities and stakeholders.
As this result refers to the current RiseUp-WB website itself, no download button is needed for this item. The page already represents the public output of Deliverable D5.2.
YOUTH LABS & ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING
